Shipping & Delivery Policy

TechZunction sells digital products and delivers services electronically. This policy explains how and when you will receive your deliverables.

1. No Physical Shipping

TechZunction sells digital products and provides professional services. We do not ship physical goods, and no courier, logistics, or postal delivery is involved. All deliverables are transmitted electronically to the email address or code repository you specify at checkout or in your Statement of Work.

2. Digital Product Delivery

  • Automated confirmation: you will receive an order-confirmation email immediately after successful payment. If you do not see it within 15 minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.
  • Delivery window: digital products are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days of successful payment. Complex packages that include setup assistance may take up to 7 business days.
  • What you receive: a secure download link or repository access for the source code, setup and deployment instructions, and any included documentation. The exact contents are described on the product page.
  • Delivery address: we deliver to the email address you enter at checkout. Please ensure it is correct and that your inbox accepts emails from our domain.

3. Custom Engagement Delivery

For custom engagements, milestones and final deliverables are delivered in line with the timeline set out in your Statement of Work. Delivery typically happens through a Git repository, a staging URL, a shared cloud folder, or a combination of these, at our reasonable discretion and with your agreement.

4. International Delivery

Because delivery is fully electronic, our products and services are available globally, subject to applicable export controls and sanctions. You are responsible for ensuring that receiving our deliverables is lawful in your jurisdiction. Any local import duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to digital imports in your country are your responsibility.

5. Failed or Delayed Delivery

  • If you do not receive a delivery email within the applicable delivery window, first check your spam or promotions folder and any email filters your organisation may apply.
  • If you still cannot locate it, email hello@techzunction.com with your order ID and we will resend or re-provision access within 1 business day.
  • If we are unable to deliver within 7 business days of payment for reasons attributable to us, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Access and Re-Delivery

Once delivered, you are responsible for safely storing the source code, credentials, and documentation we provide. If you lose access, we can resend the original delivery package on request for up to 12 months from the date of purchase, subject to a reasonable administrative fee if re-provisioning is required.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
