We commit to a written delivery date at contract signing. If we miss it — assuming your content and approvals arrive on time — we refund 50% of the setup fee and you still keep the code. This guarantee exists because our delivery runs on a productized pipeline, not a bespoke build.

What operators ask us before they sign.
FitZone's digital check-in (member scans a QR at the front desk or taps “I'm here” in the app) handles attendance for most gyms. If you're already invested in a biometric device and want to keep it, we can integrate with it for an additional ₹20K (one-time setup) assuming it has an API. Without an API, biometric devices are out of scope — but most gyms find the app-based check-in more reliable than biometric after 2 months.
Cross-platform questions (shared across white-label offers)
You can. But ₹40K gives you a WordPress site with a contact form and a service listings page — not a platform. A platform has multiple user roles, real business operations (bookings, payments, inventory, analytics), and ongoing support. A ₹40K site can't run a 2-branch gym or a 3-branch coaching institute. That's why we price at ₹85K–1.8L — because the platform actually runs your business.
