The Problem

Challenge

The Indian pet care market is growing rapidly but pet parents juggle separate apps for food ordering, vet appointments, grooming, and pet health records. Independent pet shops lack digital presence and inventory tools. No platform combines pet e-commerce, service booking, health management, and shop operations in one ecosystem — the way PawPalace does.

Our Approach

Strategy

We designed PawPalace as a two-sided platform. The Pet Parent Experience features shop-by-pet browsing across 7 species, pet services booking (grooming, vet consultation, boarding, training), My Pets profiles with breed, age, weight, vaccination alerts, and allergy tracking, subscription auto-reorder for recurring purchases, PawPalace Membership with three tiers (Free, Gold at Rs 999/year, Platinum at Rs 2,499/year) with loyalty points and escalating benefits, and testimonials from 50K+ happy pet families. The Business Dashboard provides revenue overview (Rs 8.47L total, 1,234 orders, 456 active subscriptions, 2,890 top customers), order management with status tracking, inventory management with stock levels, low-stock alerts, expiry tracking, and out-of-stock indicators, services management, customer CRM, and analytics.

The platform handles the full pet care lifecycle from product discovery to subscription management and health tracking. Species-based browsing ensures pet parents find relevant products instantly. The subscription engine automates recurring food and supplement orders. The membership program with loyalty points drives retention. The business dashboard tracks inventory across categories with expiry alerts. Built with Next.js 16, React 19, Tailwind CSS 4, and shadcn/ui with a clean green-and-white design. Deployed on Vercel with 90+ Lighthouse scores.
