The Problem

Challenge

India's coaching industry is valued at over USD 60 billion but runs on paper registers, WhatsApp groups, and Excel sheets. Students can't access performance analytics or study materials digitally. Teachers manage classes and doubts through fragmented tools. Parents have zero visibility into their child's attendance, scores, or fee status. Institute owners track revenue, leads, and batches manually with no centralized dashboard. No single platform connects students, teachers, parents, and institute administration through the full academic lifecycle.

Our Approach

Strategy

We designed LearnPro Academy as four interlocking dashboards. The Student Portal features a personalized dashboard with attendance, average score, schedule, and fee status, course catalog with exam-specific programs (JEE, NEET, UPSC, CAT, GATE, Board), live and recorded lectures, study materials (PDF notes, formula sheets, PYQ papers, video shorts), performance analytics with percentile tracking, score progression, topic-wise heatmaps, and predicted rank, plus doubt clearing with subject-tagged Q&A. The Teacher Panel provides schedule management, live class tools with integrated whiteboard, hand-raise queue, screen sharing, recording, and live chat, content management, and doubt resolution. The Parent Dashboard shows child's attendance, scores, pending assignments, fee payment status with Pay Now, and upcoming PTM scheduling. The Institute Dashboard delivers revenue overview with collection ratio, lead funnel (inquiry → demo → enrolled), student and batch management, exam and test scheduling with question bank, fee collection tracking with aging analysis, faculty management, and multi-branch operations.

The Solution

Result

A production-grade coaching platform with 40+ pages across 4 user roles — student, teacher, parent, and institute admin — delivered end-to-end by TechZunction. The student dashboard combines daily schedule, live class access, and performance analytics in one view. The teacher's live class tools include whiteboard, hand-raise queue, and recording — replacing Zoom and Google Meet with an integrated solution. The institute dashboard tracks Rs 1.52 Cr in fee collections, 89.2% collection ratio, and a complete lead-to-enrollment funnel. Built with Next.js 16, React 19, Tailwind CSS 4, and Recharts for data visualization. Deployed on Vercel with responsive mobile-first design and 90+ Lighthouse scores.
