The Problem

Challenge

India's residential interior design market is worth INR 80,000 Cr and growing at 20% CAGR, but homeowners face a fragmented, opaque experience — no way to discover verified designers, compare portfolios, understand pricing, or track project execution. Existing platforms are either directory listings with no execution capability (Houzz) or vertically integrated companies with limited designer choice (Livspace, HomeLane). No platform combines marketplace discovery, design tools, and full project lifecycle management into one cohesive experience.

Our Approach

Strategy

We designed DesignNest around the homeowner's journey from inspiration to execution. The landing page features curated design inspiration, trending styles, and a clear path to getting started. The interactive Style Quiz walks users through room type, aesthetic preferences (Modern, Traditional, Minimalist, Bohemian, Industrial, Scandinavian, Maximalist, Transitional), budget range, and timeline — then recommends matched designers. The Designer Discovery page showcases verified designers with portfolio galleries, specialties, ratings, experience level, and project count. The Design Gallery presents curated interior projects filterable by room type, style, and budget. Transparent Pricing shows package tiers (Consultation, Design, Execution, Premium) with clear scope and deliverables.

A production-grade interior design marketplace with 15+ pages built end-to-end by TechZunction. The platform handles the full design lifecycle from style discovery through designer matching to project pricing. The style quiz creates personalized designer recommendations based on aesthetic preferences, budget, and room requirements. The gallery showcases real projects with before/after views and material breakdowns. Built with Next.js 16, React 19, Tailwind CSS 4, and shadcn/ui with an elegant, warm design language. Deployed on Vercel with responsive mobile-first design and 90+ Lighthouse scores.
