A cloud data migration platform built end-to-end by TechZunction — from UI/UX design and branding to full-stack development, CI/CD pipelines, SEO, and production deployment. Seamlessly transfers Gmail, Drive, Photos, Calendar, Contacts, and more between Google accounts.
The Problem
Challenge
Migrating data between Google accounts is a painful, manual process. Users switching accounts for work, school, or personal reasons had no reliable way to transfer Drive files, Gmail messages, Photos, Calendar events, Contacts, YouTube subscriptions, and Tasks — all at once, without downloading everything to their device. The client needed a complete product built from the ground up — design, frontend, backend, infrastructure, and go-to-market.
Our Approach
Strategy
We owned the entire product lifecycle. Starting with UI/UX design and brand identity, we crafted a clean, intuitive interface that makes complex migrations feel effortless. On the backend, we architected an Express API with BullMQ job queues on Redis for asynchronous migration processing, dedicated handlers for each of Google's 7 services, and a robust error-classification system. The Next.js 15 frontend uses Zustand for state management with Supabase Realtime for live progress streaming. We set up Docker containers, CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments, SEO-optimised landing pages, and production infrastructure on Vercel (frontend) and Fly.io (backend).

Datrift handles migration across 7 Google services with 256-bit encryption, concurrent uploads, credit-based billing, real-time activity logs, and post-migration diagnostics. The CI/CD pipeline ensures zero-downtime deploys, and the SEO foundation drives organic discovery from day one.
