The Problem

Challenge

India's USD 18 billion automotive aftermarket is 60% unorganized — car owners get overcharged at local garages with zero transparency, no way to track service progress, and paper-based records they inevitably lose. Workshop owners rely on word-of-mouth for customer acquisition, manage operations on paper job cards, and have no digital tools to track technician productivity or parts inventory. No single platform connects car owners, workshops, and mechanics through the full vehicle servicing lifecycle — from issue detection and workshop discovery to real-time tracking, payment, and warranty management.

Our Approach

Strategy

We designed AutoCare Hub as three interlocking applications. The Customer App features location-based workshop discovery with filters (brand specialist, service type, rating, distance), multi-car garage management (My Garage), 15 service categories with package tiers, real-time service tracking with stage updates, service history with complete records, AMC subscription plans for preventive maintenance, and one-tap SOS emergency roadside assistance with live responder tracking. The Business Dashboard gives workshop owners a daily snapshot (active jobs, bay utilization, revenue), digital job card management, technician assignment and productivity tracking, and performance analytics. The Mechanic Panel provides assigned job visibility, time tracking, and service stage management.

A production-grade automotive marketplace with 25+ pages across 3 user roles — car owner, workshop business, and mechanic — delivered end-to-end by TechZunction. The platform handles the full vehicle servicing lifecycle from workshop discovery to payment and warranty tracking. Service tracking shows live stage updates (Booked → Received → Inspection → WIP → QC → Ready → Delivered). AMC plans offer tiered annual maintenance contracts. Emergency SOS dispatches the nearest available mechanic or tow truck with real-time GPS tracking. Deployed on Vercel with responsive mobile-first design across all three portals.
